  1. Fasting for a whole Day(24hrs) – drinking water
  2. Voluntarily live without Power for a whole day
  3. Eat only raw fruits and raw vegetables for week
  4. Take cold showers for 30 days.
  5. Run a marathon
  6. Don’t use your Car A/c during the day(if it’s a hot day)
  7. Don’t use your Car heater (if it’s a Cold day)
  8. Sleep in the floor
  9. Wear torn clothes when you go outside in public
  10. Shave your head
  11. Learn a New Skill
  12. Ask a Stranger for money
  13. Start a business
  14. Run Marathon
  15. Start a Blog
  16. Stay OFF Social Media for a month
  17. Call an Old friend you lost touch with
  18. No spend week
  19. Walk barefoot everywhere you go for a day
  20. Give a speech in front of 100+ People
  21. Carry on day-day tasks with a blind-fold – for a day.
  22. Visit and pray in a mosque (Just do this if it’s not part of your religion)
  23. Visit and pray in a church (Just do this if it’s not part of your religion)
  24. Visit and pray in a temple (Just do this if it’s not part of your religion)
  25. 30 minutes of physical activity for 30 days(Run, Walk, Jump, lift etc., any form of physical activity)
  26. Wake up an hour early than your default for a week.
  27. Do simple “Random Acts of Kindness” for 30 days
  28. No Talking for a day- no verbal communication using words coming outta your mouth.  no written communication like using a notepad or wearing an adorable miniature chalkboard around your neck. Non-verbal cues like eye contact and smiling were left up to our own discretion.
  29. No Tech for a day – No Phone (Airplane mode), No Screens of any kind(laptop, tablets, TV etc)
  30. No complaining for 30 days – if you break it, clock resets, start from Day1 again.
  31. Extreme Ownership for 30 days – you are responsible for everything that goes wrong in your life.
